We will do our best to help with all medical reports, but for any other reports please provide a copy of the report prior to your appointment so that we can ensure you have the right professional. If your report requires more specialist advice or your NHS GP we will communicate this to you prior to your appointment.

Your medical report is our priority.
Dr Rakhra has completed medicals and assessments for many years. Most assessments and reports require one appointment to take a full history and conduct a thorough examination. However, sometimes reports require extra tests which can be arranged but will incur an additional fee. Furthermore, some reports may require information from your NHS GP.
Please bring 2 forms of ID, glasses if you wear them and a copy of your NHS GP summary and any NHS specialist clinic letters in order to help us complete your forms efficiently and accurately.

Working with The Vesey Private Hospital we hope to offer peaceful calm surroundings in a traditional clinic. We have access to multiple medical and surgical specialities within The Vesey Private Hospital network.
